David Denkenberger

    Ph.D., EIT, LEED Green Associate

    Dr. David Denkenberger received his B.S. from Penn State in Engineering Science, his M.S.E. from Princeton in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in the Building Systems Program. His dissertation was on his patent-pending expanded microchannel heat exchanger. He is an assistant professor at Tennessee State University in architectural engineering. He received the National Merit Scholarship, the Barry Goldwater Scholarship, the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, and is a Penn State distinguished alumnus. He has authored or co-authored over 60 publications and has given over 80 technical presentations.

        Pranay Bajjuri

        Pranay is an experienced Engineer with expertise on product development. He earned a Graduate degree in Electrical and Computer engineering from Temple University. Pranay is currently working as a lead engineer at John Deere on systems and component development.

        He has lead product development efforts for multiple electrical and electronic components in automotive industry from concept level to production . Broad knowledge of system requirements , product validation standards, regulatory / compliance requirements are his core expertise. Apart from being an engineer Pranay has also co-founded multiple start- up companies and helped develop their products to a marketable state.

            Richard MacIntosh

            Richard MacIntosh has a Mechanical Engineering background with 15+ years of in the energy, aerospace and building/portfolio performance sectors. Currently, Richard is the Energy and Sustainability North American Director for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions, managing the performance, asset renewal and operating expense for real estate portfolios. Richard’s experience in the building / portfolio management sector includes HVAC and building controls optimization, strategic portfolio scale retrofit/enhancement programs, and optimizing occupant health and productivity. Prior to Richard’s building sector experience, Richard worked within the Aerospace industry, managing the testing, performance and controls of jet engines. Over the last 4 years, Richard has also worked within the academic field, teaching sustainability and design principles to multiple colleges and universities in the Greater Toronto Area. Richard has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Toronto.

                Chuck D. Widhalm, P.E.

                As a dedicated technology solutions sales executive, Mr. Widhalm brings 32 years of experience in commercial and DoD RF and wireless systems development to the team. Mr. Widhalm is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota.  

                Mr. Widhalm has built high performing sales teams throughout the United States. Utilizing his technical background, team building and the ability to build long term relationships with customers. Most recently, he has been focusing his attention on the promotion of various RF subsystems and components, including high performance Fiber Optic and RF cables – connectors to the military/defense, commercial and wireless infrastructure market.

                Mr. Widhalm has focused on analyzing major cost drivers, new products, product enhancements, and new markets to increase revenue and profitability utilizing predictive and preventative maintenance concepts for energy management programs within several Fortune 100 companies. He has established multiple relationships with software and hardware manufacturers in various industries to bring technology showing predictive maintenance, remote control and monitoring to the forefront of the decision making process. 

                    Corey Park

                    Mr. Park is a Certified Hedge Fund Professional (CHP), with additional (CHP) certifications at the highest level in Portfolio Analytics & Risk Management. He also attended the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business (Leadership & Management) and has served in executive leadership positions for over 20 years. Mr. Parks has closed several acquisitions and multimillion-dollar lines of credit from hedge funds; as well as negotiated and/or closed many mergers, strategic partnerships, license and/or sponsored research agreements and joint ventures. As an experienced practitioner of business strategy, he has read, studied and applied numerous books and countless articles relating to business strategy (According to the Wall Street Journal, the most sought after executive skill set is strategic thinking).
